WHAT IS THE ADMIRAL PRODUCTS REBUILD/EXCHANGE PROGRAM?

• Admiral Products offers this service as an alternative to ordering costly new OEM parts.  Certain items can often be rebuilt at a fraction of the price of new ones, thus providing you with significant savings and allowing you to pass savings on to your customers! 

• If you have a component you would like us to rebuild please complete this form.

WHAT IS A CORE CHARGE?

• There is a core charge per rebuilt unit (only when chosen as a product option ) that's refunded upon receipt of an old core, if no core has been shipped to us prior.

• The core charge only applies if we ship a rebuilt assembly without having received an old one yet.

• If you want to save yourself the core charge you need to ship Admiral Products the old core(s) and then place an order for however many you have sent us so no core charges apply.

WHERE DO I SEND THE OLD CORES?

• Old cores to be rebuilt need to be sent to our address on the contact page.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SALES TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE?

• Please email us your Sales Tax Exempt Certificate and we will remove the sales tax from your order.
